HI all

Just had my initial class one at gatwick last week. Passed everything except the EEG. After the consultant had a look at it i apparently had what the doctor described as 'an abnormality in the left frontal lobe'. He says he uses the word apparently as the EEG is totally non reproducable and they are constantly recalling people to do sleep deprived tests. They apparently aren't happy with the EEG test being used at all!

At the first test i had had very little sleep as it was due, loud bloddy house mates the night before and i hadn't eaten in 7 hours.

Anyway, now i'm totally $hitting myself as if i fail the second time round i can kiss a sponsership i have goodbye!!

Has anyone else been called back for a sleep deprived test, if so how did it go?

Looking at EEGs (stress) ECGs and the likes is a bit like consulting the tealeaves.

However some conclusions can be drawn about chances on problems in the future, in the case of the EEG those of having a seizure (fit).

From what you wrote it seems you already had a sleep deprivation EEG.

;)

All the best.
