I'm in a similar field, although only covering scheduled...they pay us £28k gross (no shifts)

If you are a certifying engineer, there is no reason why you should not be paid the same as your employer's other certifying staff.

Over worked and underpaid. Must go almost time for afternoon tiffin.
fleet of 60 odd a/c 5 types 4 0n 40ff 24 shifts 36k for a regional operator in uk.... need more
