Mr Lindegaard reminds me about the former Iraqi information minister.
It is his job to be an optimistic team leader!

He is also a quite good predicter!

He has been predicting the same things for the last 2 years now:
"Next year will be better", "The negative trend is over"
Just keep saying that, Mr Lindegaard, and I'll bet it will be a correct statement, one day or another.
So keep up the good spirit and I am sure that he will claim a good bonus for being so good to look into the future!

The problem in SAS is obvious:
SAS has approx 11 employees per 1000 pax
Ryanair has approx 5 per 1000.
