Avalon Tower?
 
Just noticed tonight that Avalon Tower is open past it's usual 8pm closing time. I've read the NOTAMS however I can't find anything to do with this.

Does anyone know what the deal with this is (temp/perm?) and if I've missed a document or anything?

The PM landed at Avalon late that night. Tower brought in just for him.
