Anybody know anything about this airport?

News Item in RATI about worlds 2nd highest airport at 14,000': service starting with a B737-700.

Can't find any technical details but I imagine it would need quite a long runway at that altitude. Can't imagine where they've found enough flat space, straight space given this picture of the city: Image:Kangding-c01-f.jpg - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

What have they done - built a bridge?!
