Am flying Man to Goa on Jan 31st (0030) and would like some advice on what the route might be, flying with First Choice (767 I think) and also please can you supply the route in relation to Countries flying over ?

It is a First Choice Airways flight, FCA038, operated by a 767-300, departing 00:30 local (00:30 GMT) arriving 15:30 local (10:00 GMT).

East out of Manchester > North Sea > Netherlands > Germany (near Hannover) > Poland > Ukraine > Black Sea (around Odessa) > Georgia > Azerbaijan > Caspian Sea > Iran > Pakistan (roughly overhead Karachi) > India (probably overhead Bombay then down the coast to Goa).

About 4,300 nautical miles (5,000 statute miles), takes a 767-300 about 8.5 - 9 hours, depending on the wind, and the exact route does vary.

Return flight much the same, but can take up to 10.5+ hours with the headwind.
