EDI development

Anyone know if there are any pics of the new stands being built at EDI? Read about this in a previous thread.

Now I could be totally wrong, but don't think they've started yet. Think this is tied in with further land acquisition, and the new runway.

There are only a couple getting added on the SE apron just now I think, so just imagine a slightly longer apron there.;)

Don't know about stand but they've been driving piles into the ground for the foundations of the new terminal.

The BAA haven't quite figured out what to do with it yet.

It was to be a low cost terminal, but the locos don't want it. Last I heard it was going to become the international pier.

Anyone know any different?

Not quite sure it's worthy of being called a new terminal.;)
Don't know for definite, but AFAIK it's not going to have any airbridges, so it's going to be best suited to the locos/regional stuff.
