Stansted - Eos
Expected at STN this morning is the first "proving" flight for Eos from JFK. ETA 10.45
not exactly a proving flight but a training flight with FAA as pax
Hence "proving" in inverted commas.

The aircraft was not liveried, all white. It was American registered but didn't jot it down...
The initial delay (from Monday to Thursday) was due to the findings of an FAA inspection. There was apparently (hearsay) some form of issue with the escape slides.
My contacts at the airport (in ATC & catering) have not indicated when the next flight is due. The aircraft N764MX was all white with a small inscription "operated by Eos Airline" on the nose. If I hear any more I will post |
Eos 757 (N764MX) retuned to EGSS yesterday evening at 17.30 and nightstopped. This is second "proving flight" out of a planned 4. Another due next week no date or time known
Eos
Back today 18th out again tomorrow (FAA diverts permitting)
The 757 was there again today, arrived around 10:30ish.
Eos, back again today, due 09.30 (same 757).
