Blackpool Development

The Blackpool Airport web site states that Cityhopper are investing in improvements to the terminal building, including:

16 Check-in Desks
8 Departure Gates
5,000 sq ft Retail Space
Increased space and more comfort in the Lounge Area
Additional baggage reclaim carousel

Does anyone have any more details on this expansion? Are we finally going to see an end to those awful orange lights and the tacky decore!?!
