Bfs-man/lgw

Heard a "RUMOUR" today that a new route to one of the above destinations will be announced this week.

Anyone else heard anything?

No secret that EZY are looking at BFS to LGW and CDG. Depends on whether Air Liberte fold. If they do they CDG will turn orange apparently at the expense of new BFS routes.
As for Man well that's gotta be a LITEweight rumour.

...and now Buzz are comin to play as well! Glad to hear it. Looks like BFS will be the biggest low cost airfield in the uk at this rate.

And with rumours rife yhat there will be yellow harps on the apron by March, BFS will certainly have the most low cost carriers rather than movements!

steppin into the gap left by Go on the BFS-STN no doubt. Thought Uncle Albert didn't like the yellow harpers?

AerSligo 15th Nov 2002 09:32

What gap? Go still fly BFS-STN....

heard from an EZY source that it's goin soon. Maybe this makes way for a LGW service. Anyone shed some light here?

BFS is like a massive building site at present, new shops restaurant area and bar all underway at present......one would think this is all being done in anticipation of further growth.

Have heard from a source at Bfs that easy are to pull the plug on both the Stansted and Bristol routes, and that Ryanair are on thier way.
