BA/BMI LHR Slots and BMed

I'm probably adding 2 and 2 to get 5 here but BMI recently bought BMED. Then BMI sold 51 slot pairs at LHR to BA. How many slot pairs did BMed have?

Here's another question which I've been wondering about;

If BMI intend to keep BMEDs fleet and take BMEDs order of additional A321s, how are they going to operate them (having sold 51 slots to BA) from LHR without the departure and arrival slots?

the slots won't be passed over till BA till 2009 at the earliest.

I think you will find the slots are not all coming from the BMed !
