I'm on a 752 from BHX-BJV early August, better make the most of them.

mart901 23rd Jul 2014 07:38

Hi does anyone have an exact date for BHX 757's going and being replaced by A321's.

LAX2000 25th Jul 2014 15:14

Anyone know if the premium seats get sold on the short haul flights operated by A330.

I'm booked to fly to Dalaman in September but on the seat plan rows 1 -7 show as premium cabin unavailable.

I realise no premium service is offered but seems a waste to leave the cabin empty.

Talking of Bodrum... Wife and kids stuck at BHX currently awaiting an inbound from PMI to take them out there. Currently a 5 hour delay although it landed in Palma more or less on time.

Any knowledge on this?

DjerbaDevil 28th Jul 2014 14:23

According to AENA flight TCX4115 PMI-BHX departed PMI 7 minutes ago at 1515hrs.

Willthe thomas cook a321 from tc scandinavia be reconfigured from 211 to 215 or 220?

kieb92 6th Aug 2014 00:22

G-TCCA B763 operated into Cardiff yesterday due to a tech problem on the leased LY-VEN. Operated out to Palma and back.

nsherrin15 6th Aug 2014 08:37

She could be on her way back down again, LY-VEN has gone tech again, was supposed to operate the 06:00 dep to NBE.

tcx fleet

Does anyone know if tcx will be disp 767 for the airbus eventually either airbus a330 neo or a350?

is their any plan to go for the a321 neo options
Also have tc changed their mind on the 215 a321 configuration on the new a321
tcdb has 220 and tcdf and dz according to caa but does anyone know which are 220 and 215?
Also will the thomas cook scandinavia a321 be 220 on arrival to uk fleet?

Alasdair, I can hardly bring myself to read your posts. The lack of normal punctuation and capitalisation makes it unpleasant to look at. Now I know that modern teaching is that stuff like that doesn't matter anymore and, perhaps, in today's classroom that's true. But out in the real world it matters a great deal.

Perhaps you'd care to try a little harder. It's as easy to get right as it is to get wrong.

Just a thought.

Thomas Cook Airlines

Dear Members,

Thank you for your the advice Bernoulli.

My questions are in relation to Thomas Cook Airlines fleet.

Firstly with regard to the new Airbus A321's,
In the current version of the Thomas Cook Inflight magazine it states that the Airbus A321's have 215/220 seats.

Do any of the members know which of these are 215 or 220 ?

I do however know that G-TCDB,G-TCDZ,G-NIKO,G-DHJH,G-OMYJ &G-TCDA have 220 seats.

Secondly;
Will the EX Thomas Cook Scandinavia A321's have 215/220 ?

Thirdly;

Will Thomas Cook be withdrawing their 767's for either the Airbus A330/NEO or A350'S ?

Forth point:

Which other 757's are due to leave in the next years and if it is possible which ones and aproximate dates ?

Final point :

Will Thomas Cook Airlines be making Glasgow an all Airbus base in 2016/2017 ?

I appreciate any help in these matters,
Regards
Alasdair Adam
