More French industrial action

Paris Orly closed 0500-0900 (UTC) Tuesday 7th February due to ATC industrial action.
Paris Charles De Gaulle operating with reduced capacity 0530-1200 (UTC) due to industrial action by fire service personnel. Only 2 runways available instead of usual 4, departures and arrivals affected.
