Ryanair Interview and life at Ryanair

I recently got an appointment to go to EMA to do the Sim assessment and interview and wondering if someone could share the "low down" with me on what to expect.

Also can someone share with me what it is like at Ryanair and what to expect if I go to work there. Any advice and information will be very appreciated.
