Flybe Employee's Cash In
 

Flybe will announce the details of their Staff Share scheme on 4th April 2005.

A leaked email outlines payouts to Captains in excess of £70,000 and F/O's of £45,000 depending on length of service.

They may be redeemed imediately but there would be a penalty involved. If the shares are held for a full year after the proposed flotation there would be a bonus paid.

All employee's are entitled to a share of the company and the only qualifying requirement is that they worked for the company on a qualifying date of 04.10.04 and remains working for the company on the record date of 04.04.05.

Not bad eh?

So, to whom or where has this email been leaked. Its been promised so often that I for one will not be holding my breath.
