competence for an AOC

Hi, Was wondering if anyone could give me some info regarding applications for an AOC. When a particular civil aviation authority is assesing a persons or companies competence for approval of an AOC. What are the full details and information they investigate?

depends where your a/l is going to be registered of course, IAA is slightly different see...
