British Airways Reservations??

I recently tried to make a BA-booking for LHR to CPT with 4 different travel agents. However, all steered me AWAY from BA!
I believe that BA has an expensive help-line number; could this be the reason?

or maybe because BA have reduced their commissions they pay travel agents - try looking on the BA's own website..
