Hooters Air Expands Service to Pittsburgh, Rockford, Ill.

Hooters Air yesterday announced an expansion of its schedule with new flights from Rockford, Ill. and Pittsburgh.

Effective Jan. 31, Hooters Air will expand its service from the Greater Rockford Airport with service to Atlanta, Denver, Las Vegas and connecting to Myrtle Beach, S.C., and operating most days of the week.

The airline also announced new nonstop jet service from Pittsburgh to Myrtle Beach beginning Feb. 10th -- just in time for the Myrtle Beach golf season.

Based in Myrtle Beach, Hooters Air launched service to Atlanta in March 2003 and now serves Newark; Baltimore; Gary, Indiana; Columbus, Ohio and Nassau, Bahamas. Hooters Air flights are operated by Boeing 737s and Boeing 757s.
