Myt Dc-10

I see on www.flytecomm.com that mytravel are using there DC-10 on the SFB route today out of BFS. I take that the A330 broke down some how in MAN. Can someone confirm?

What do you click to see what a/c type is operating the routes?

Thanks in advance.

You click on track a flight on the left hand side of the page. Then scroll down to advanced users and type in the flight no and destination airport (SFB) and MYT55. It gives you the aircraft type and other things aswell.

Hope this helps.

The DC10 has been planned onto this flight for the rest of the summer in order to allow more down time on the A330's for scheduled maintenance and catch up time. Also gets the old girl out and about a bit.

Thanks mate, Ive been looking at a few flights and thats the only one Ive found thats given you the a/c type!

It is not planned to operate the BFS-SFB route for the rest of the summer as stated above today was a one off due to late release of the planned A330 from maint in MAN. The 10 is planned to operate from MAN-SFB on fridays so today was just a straight swap

Quite strange this post as this afternoon while trying to repair me motor I heard a quite loud but pleasing sound, looked up and low and behold a MYT DC-10 making its approach over Bangor heading towards Belfast Aldergrove!!:ok:

Try typing "SFB airport" into Google.

I am not trying to start a bandwagon but any info on the MYT055 out of BFS today, there seems to be a problem?

BFS/BHD 6th Aug 2004 14:03

Have tried the airport website and flight comm but no info.

tallseabird 6th Aug 2004 16:19

Flyte Comm say it is due to depart from BFS at 8:58pm and arrive SFB at 12:16am.
Anybody know what is going on?

BFS/BHD 6th Aug 2004 16:24

Does anyone actually know if its the DC-10 operating the flight?

Deeko01 6th Aug 2004 17:49
