Himmel Europa Airlines?!

Has anyone heard of a new airline called "Himmel Europa"?
Presumably German or Eastern European...
Any info. welcome!

My German's cr@p but doesn't 'Himmel Europa' translate as 'Sky Europe'...?

And isn't Sky Europe the low-fare East European airline over in Bratislava?
