I should imagine the fortunes of Cityjet, 75% shareholder in Air Antwerp, may ultimately be more of a deciding factor.

Wouldn't say brakes slammed on as the whole of airside will now be finished by the end of the year due to the lack of flying. The rest is common sense, build the buildings when they are needed. The West pier is nearly new so its good for a while now!!
