They are doing well at Cork and it could be a good route from BHD to compliment AMS.

Is it true the aircraft maintenance facility that was due to be built at LDY is moving to BHD instead?

Wouldn't this be something negotiated by someone further up the pecking order, i.e. Air FranceKLM?

No. there were to be one of each at LDY and BHD, but the LDY one has been scrapped. So one isn’t replacing the other. It’s just that one is no longer happening.

Well done them. Where are they locating the planned maintenance hangar, is it to be at the Shorts side of the airfield?

That must be the only area with space that would not impact on day to day Ops.

Still no effect from FR on MAN looking at the caa stats. BHX really strong and LCY in massive growth. Also EI sunshine doing well, interesting to see what happens in 2019 with that.

Still wondering if BA will start LCY BHD with one of their four Embraers joining the CityFlyer fleet.

AGP/FAO on sale for 2019, daily ASL operated with a few days in the week where the times swap around and FAO taking the later slot. I think EI have cracked the nut here very well.
Basically T/T/S the AGP takes the early slot. Both routes commence 15th April

Used AER LINGUS/ASL July past. Went out with ASL France and back with ASL Ireland. Both on time and fine except for the new thin sore bum seats.
Will use them again next year.

Good to see on BHD twitter feed the marketing team safe in there hotel in Hong Kong!!!!! At the Routes Conference. For the love of god who is paying for this nonsense. Any chance of some additional business not only for BHD but the better good of the rest of the Business community.

I agree yield should improve with the change. Saying that an early FAO is a big money spinner which is why its holds onto the 4 early slots instead of just 3.
