G-ECOD in the air on its way MAN-ABZ, with pax onboard. Think BHD is still to go, would imagine if it’s coming, it’ll come when that’s back at home.

At the expense of so many hard-working people. Dislikable person.

Why do you keep mentioning Branson? He doesn’t run VS.

I wonder if they’re just positioning back for the crew to get home.

People like simple tabloid arguments even if they're illogical

It does appear all 3 have passengers onboard as there are tweets/videos from pax onboard. Delaying the inevitable really.
At least the crews will make it back to their homes tonight.
One can always hope for a positive outcome but nevertheless my thoughts are with all associated with Flybe, the only way is up.

There were pax on the BHD flight for sure, including BBC Sports Reporter Holly Hamilton who tweeted live to BBC News Channel just before departure.

Seems like someone at Blue Islands was a bit keen to press that send button.

....so slightly less tumbleweed at SOU in the morning. Had to think they would have some sort of plan ready to go.

It'll be quiet on the ramp though and thoughts go out to all the staff at the airports where this sad outcome will leave a massive hole.

Stobart owned 30% and a hedge fund the other 40%. It wasn't all Branson.

So the very last flight will be MAN-ABZ which has an estimated arrival time of 0:00. MAN-BHD now on finals and MAN-EDI close to EDI.

There'll be a lot of people having their own inquests in the coming days, but I've always felt that someone should have spotted the inevitability of the 'flybe' name being subverted by the first smart-arse to have his flight delayed. Sorry for mentioning what might seem like trivialities but it's affected their public image: mention the name 'flybe' to ten people and at least one of them will make the 'flymaybe' wisecrack, and they've in all likelihood never flown on them. I've flown flybe countless times and never had a bad experience. Sympathies to all the great staff.

Absolutely devastated. 11 amazing years. Heartbroken not only for my extended family (cos that’s what it felt like ) but also to our brilliant ground staff who are going to be affected by this.

It’s going to be a long night for us all around the British Isles.
