Stupid question perhaps, but with Poland in the EU and Ryanair a one aircraft type loco, why is the Ryanair Sun airframe being re-registered in Poland? Why the need for a separate AOC and all the complexity therein?
Indeed given Ryanair's market position, why not just operate as Ryanair? What's the USP to market?

Any predictions on whether the apparent 'spat' over low yield and APD at GLA reducing to mostly away based flying is likely to be a longer term issue (still dont really buy those theories) as others eg Jet2 expand and I cant see GLA being any poorer loco yielding than some of their other UK bases.
Interesting to see what transpires as it doesnt look like EZY interesting in filling any void here.

Just a little remark. I've been trying to fit a small group of 9 (yes, just nine pax) into any flight in May from Lappeenranta to BGY. No way, flights are sold, would you believe? The first flight with at least 9 seats available can be found in more than 5 weeks, on June 13th. Too late and too expensive, ONE standard ticket costs as much as 259 € on that day (total cost € 2,624.22 without luggage). I do try to understand any capacity problems Ryanair might have, but if so, why no flights are planned in the Winter season there?

As is has always been the case with Finland...because they can make more money by sending their aircraft elsewhere. I’m sure if they thought that Finland was gold pot that it’s made out to be you’d see 10 aircraft based there

Alternatively you could also try the "spotters" thread in this forum? Either way I wish you luck in getting an answer - although knowing Ryanair it will probably have change as soon as somebody responds.
