They must have some bad problems somewhere. Recently the STN inbound flights have been 85% full everyday.

Air Force One is due to land around 22:00. Both B742’s are coming over. They are joined by a B757 around 19:00 and a C17 as well. Plus one of the Canadian AF A310’s is heading over. Also Macedonia and Romania governments plane have also come in today.

So with the arrivals terminal on hold, are they continuing with the terminal transformation (I’m guessing with the exception of arrivals in the main terminal)? The moving of security to a mezzanine level as per the video on YouTube would be a massive improvement.

I’ve never fully understood why the new arrivals terminal was to look so different. And why they don’t just extend the terminal out further towards the Radisson?

It’s a bit of a shame really, as the current domestic arrivals experience is awful.

As mentioned on other forums, the money allocated for this project is supposedly being allocated to MAN instead. MAG released their latest update on the MAN TP programme last week and rumours suggest it's to support the projects up north.
I for one I'm glad...i've never used Stansted before, but it currently can't be any worse than MAN T1?!
