FedEx hiring North American Pilots

I just read that FedEx hires pilots with FAA licenses and rebases them to Europe.
Could this be a way to fly in Europe and eventually get a job at a European Airline if you convert your Licenses whilst in the Continent? I've always wanted to fly for an airline in Europe but this could be second best.

Thank you for any responses, I look forward to reading them.

Jack believe me, if you can join Fedex on N-reg jets you never, and I repeat never, ever want to work for a European airline. Fedex / UPS offer packages (pun intended) that aren't even offered by Europes finest!
