Referring back to the BHD-BFS link, this was part of a Gill Air daily shuttle which had multiple short sectors on an ATR: MME-NCL-BHD-BFS-NCL-MME. I once flew back from BHD to NCL and discovered that a colleague was booked on the BFS - NCL-MME sectors, but Gill Air wouldn't let him rebook ex BHD because "it's full". I was one of 3 pax who actually flew that sector in less than 5 minutes.

In 2015 I flew EDI-DUB on Ryanair, Our flight was delayed leaving EDI as the inbound aircraft was late

I was tracking it on FR24 and saw that it flew from DUB to PIK to EDI to fly to DUB !!

Possibly Ryanairs shortest flight and that aircrafts shortest ever flight

It probably was, but for shortest scheduled flight I imagine FRs former PIK-BHD route was one of thier shortest on the network. I used it regularly in 2008-2009 and It once only took me about 30 minutes from doors closed to doors open, often it was only about 5 minutes longer. Very little taxiing at either end.
