EDI-TFS is running Mon (from 28th may)/Fri

If anyone knows any extra info in regards to the bjv as we are planned to get married nr bodrum on 3rd week of may 2018 and would like some info on it regarding days of opperation due to arranging guests and them booking time off work in special requests .if required you can private message me
No one knows at the moment unless they work for EZY, the schedules will not have been finalised yet. Flights should be out in September/October

Jet2 ex GLA operates every Thursday to Bodrum which could be an option.

Hope you get something sorted

We do, but it is a nuisance that Easyjet don't give some indication of their summer routes much earlier. Even in September we will only get the spring schedule. Mind you, Norwegian have no TA schedule after March either.

However, reports indicate that traffic to Turkey has been recovering, so it is unlikely that services will be reduced.

Hi all,

thank you to CabinCrewe ,inboban and sf01

next years schedule is more important to us as our wedding is booked and hoping that flights stay the same accom is also booked as its the venue ,

Jet2 are too expencive for our guests and us at £550 per couple rtn with lugage compared to £260 per couple inc luggage rtn with EZY as we have given then the option and they want EZY and i agree with inoban that if they could say for instance we will opp a simillar service then that would help but they say wait till sept/oct

as you will appreciate wedding had to be booked a yr in advance due to the legal paper work in turkey.
And my fiancee has booked specific dates so has her family off work and their are other people off as well so no manuverability

Al

Why the big drop (14%) on the EDI-AUY Etihad service in June? (all other ME routes showing small increases)
Were there cancellations? If anything would have thought it would have been QR showing losses.

I could be wrong, but pretty sure it was daily last June but is only five weekly this June. A 14% reduction in passengers but a 29% reduction in capacity obviously means the average load per flight has increased.

Yes 5 per week this year so load factor has actually increased. It's AUH not AUY.

EDI-DOH showing growth against significant drops on other U.K. Routes (except LHR).

Easyjet have add Sofia from December. Not clear whether this is a winter ski route (which how the airport Twitter is promoting it) or whether it will be AYR. Twice weekly.

.... not sure that counts as 'through winter' ?
Surprised its extending latter part of season into Dec rather than starting it earlier than June.

Not uncommon for some routes to take a break from New year, but it is surprising that it isn't scheduled to restart until mid-June, especially as the corresponding Dublin service is restarting at endMarch.

Record month for a Scottish airport | Edinburgh Airport

6.1% increase. I can't help thinking that this less than the increase in capacity on offer, so load factors must be falling.

Looks like the Beijing route is finally going to happen alongside a new route to Dublin.

It appears to suggest 4x weekly.

Quite a lot of seats to fill, but Id look forward to seeing that, HA aircraft are nice and appear to be a slick operation.
Was China Eastern not promised in the last 'confirmed' rumour?

China is the largest Asian market for Scottish salmon. Maybe the belly freight will be a major part of the revenue.

Amazon's largest UK distribution centre is in Dunfermline, near Edinburgh, so there's scope for some inbound cargo too.

Dont they already come though via alternative routings? Such a long haul destination is hard to stimulate large additional extra inbound tourism, those who want to come will /have already made their way.
