Quite possible further down the line, given that Wizz just recently announced OTP-GLA. Not too long ago Wizz at GLA was similar to Wizz at BHX.

BHX-OTP

Wizz are really expanding at BHX increased frequencies on planned routes and now two new routes (Poznan and Bucharest) in less than a month of operations.

That confirms it, I am officially psychic!! Wow BHX really have pulled out their stops have they finally reduced their allegedly high landing fees? American, Icelandair, Vueling, Norwegian, VLM, Wizz, Iberia Express and now Blue Air, 8 new airlines in 12 months is amazing. I am positive that Wizz will add further new routes (be nice to see Riga, Prague, Wroclaw?) and there is still there potential for a Norwegian base although things have gone very quiet on that front (no news is good news?) Whatever, summer 2016 is shaping up very nicely, the icing on their cake would be to see some growth in routes from our long term occupants Flybe, Ryanair and Monarch.

The other routes from GLA are Vilnius , Lublin , Gdansk , Wroclaw & Katowice, and of those Gdansk & Katowice are already served by RYR. It's a shame Wizz do not have much of a base at Prague as this must surely now be at the top of the wishlist for BHX now BUD & WAW have links.

Wroclaw is only temporary. We have WRO served by Ryanair anyway.

Small Planet are now operating the MOD flights, taking over from Danish Air Transport.

Two A320 flights will operate weekly on Wednesday and Sunday to Paderborn using A320s. Initially, the Sunday flights will be by B733 until A320s are available
