Summer Guernsey service
C I based airline Blue Islands has applied to opererate GCI to LPL on summer Sats in conjunction with Travel Agency. The service is planned to operate May to Sept.

When it was announced, EI loaded schedules from 23 October 2015 until 29 October 2016. Other UK spots are automatically loaded as they have operated for previous seasons and default schedule is loaded.
Fully expect LPL to follow in the coming months.

Wayyy to early to start concerning yourself with winter schedules!
The difference is that EI regional operate on all other UK routes (outside of LON), they may wish to load their routes early. LPL may be loaded at a later date. It's also common on EI for routes that are new to be the last to be loaded for the next schedule.

December traffic was 306,874 up 15.1%
2015 traffic was 4,296,763, best since 2012 and back over 4 million mark.

Great to see further growth from both Flybe and Wizzair. If I recall correctly, this is the third time BUD has been operated from LPL. Hopefully it'll be third time lucky.
I wonder if any more new routes are on the cards? I think SOF might be a good fit for Wizzair from LPL.

Blue Islands have announced today that it has received approval to fly its summer Sat (4 June to 17 Sept) charter service Liverpool to Guernsey -

Aer lingus regional will operate the Dublin route from may, flights increasing from 16 to 27 per week. Interesting to note however capacity will be about 90000 lower due to the change from a320 to atr 72.

Interesting to note that capacity on the Liverpool- Dublin route will be approx 29,000 more for May 16 over May 15.

Hardly surprised by Flybe axing AMS. Have used it on 2 return trips, not paying a lot, and on each of the 4 sectors the load did not exceed 20 per flight. One of them there were just 11 on board.
Always seemed a strange route TBH as it is already well served by Easy for O&D, and not even KLM could make it work with a massive connection opportunity at the other end to aid it.
