I am always amazed how many people are in the bar at half past five in the morning at the airport, I can not think of many other things that I find so un-appealling as an alcoholic drink at that time of the day.
It's all peer pressure and male bravado - I've seen groups of lads getting out of a minibus outside the airport at 4:30am, all with a can of beer in their hand all trying to 'prove themselves' as men to one another.

No doubt to be broken as spares, will they fly it back to the uk unpressurised to one of the breakers yards?

Will 1 B757 less make a difference to their summer schedule? I know they had some standby, but may need to lease another aircraft for cover? Or source a replacement 757, or perhaps another 2nd hand B738?

Ladies and gents, I think all this speculation about the fate of Alpha India is premature. How about sitting tight and seeing what occurs ? I don't know about anyone else but I haven't seen any photographs of the damage to the aircraft, so on I'm in no position to come out with glib statements pertaining to buffing out, unpressurised flights to the breaker's yard and so on.

She flies into LBA tomorrow evening and appears to be staying for a couple of weeks at least. In other news, 'HY arrives from BFI at 0630 tomorrow.

I have seen photos and it wont buff out and it appears the pressure bulkhead is involved. I hope to be proved wrong, but when the value of the airframe versus the cost of repair is considered well who knows what the outcome will be?

Could be a job for Sycamore at MME then selling on the spare parts to Iceland Air.

Seems to have been delayed - no sign of it leaving Boeing Field.

Window seats Boeing 737-800

Does anyone know which rows do not have windows on the jet2 Boeing 737-800's? I'd be grateful for any advice!

Not sure on the LS ones specifically but there is only one windowless row on a 73H and that's around 11/12.

Thank you!
Is there a reason you have 2 missing windows on the left and one on the right but only one row is without windows?

So TA may enter service before HZ.

There are 2 aircon riser ducts on the left side, but only 1 on the right.
