I noticed the sudden changes about a week ago too. Some radical cuts seem to have occured including a cut in flights to dalaman for example from 3 to 2 and thomson flights to bodrum and lanzarote are now operated by tcx or tba. There definitely seems to be a capacity cut next year. Any idea what is going on?

I could have sworn they were already doing LGW - Mykonos. Obviously not!
Good to see they are doing more Greek locations. I love the smaller islands but they are typically a pain in the arse and expensive to get to so good to see things are a bit easier re Araxos.
I know there's not enough call for it but I'd love to see routes to Central and South America such as Costa Rica, Belize or Brazil.

extra legroom
Just comparing flights between 2013 to 2014 and Thomson seem to be offering extra legroom (outside of emergency exits) on 8 or 9 of BHX's 10 departures a day. This year it is very much only the 757 flights (6 or 7 flights)
I assume that the 738 is going to get the same treatment as the 757's or is it just the emergency exit seats they are selling although I doubt that as Thomson make it quite clear children can't book emergency exit seats and the ones I checked were unrestricted?
If it is the former what is the new config likely to be on the 738?
Unless of course BHX is going back to 4 x 757 and 1 x 738 which seems unlikely. I have my first Thomson 738 flight shortly and have not been offered extra legroom, which is of no surprise travelling with Children but the same flight next year I do have the choice.

REF the 738 extra legroom seat mentioned above, the capacity will remain at 189 but the seats will be realigned giving rows 3, 4, 5 on the right had side (9 seats) more legroom, Sunwing have been using this model for several years and the aircraft Thomson sent to Canada during the winter season, ZA thru ZJ, already fly in the configuration and the seat pitch in the remaining seats doesn't seem to have been reduced

That would have explained why I experienced the slightly larger leg room in Row 4 last year on a flight from Cardiff with Thomson. I was totally unaware that they had reconfigured the seating slightly.

I may be getting ahead of myself here seen as we are only in July still, but i was looking at the utilisation of the Thomson 787 fleet in december and it seems to me unless i have missed something obvious, that 1 day, for example on the 28/12/13 there are no flights involving the 787. Does anybody have any ideas why this would be or please correct me if i am wrong.
