Virgin just look like the snivelling teachers pet who tells on his mates. ( yes I know it's a serious matter but that is honestly how the perception is coming across ).
Really? It looked to me as if a senior manager found out what was going on and realised the enormity of the stupidity and did their level best to extract their company from the firing line, which was their responsibility. In the courts, the one who owns up gets benefits as that is the way they encourage other folks in other companies to blow the whistle. Would it look the same if BA had blown the whistle?

Any way, the saga has moved on and the earlier rumour of a Class Action has emerged.
