Neo's are a model series of aircraft, sharklets are what is installed on the NEO's or can be installed on the CEO's.
My guess would be that TCX next delivery of A321s, will have Sharklets fitted.

G-FCLF has already been withdrawn from use, hence why it is receiving maintenance end of lease now at Southend.

Interesting - there is a Condor 753 in the Manchester TCX hangar at the moment that was reported to be going into Air Livery next door once spannering was finished for a coat of the new paint. Either the news article is wrong, or the spannering will take a month.

Where in that article does it imply that G-TCDB will be the first group plane in Sunny Heart and stealth grey ?

It just say first UK plane to be factory fresh delivered in the livery.

The current Condor B753 is expected to be out of the spray bay around the same time.

Re-reading the article we are both wide of the mark:

"The first brand-new aircraft to sport Thomas Cook Group's redesigned livery will begin operating in the UK next month."

They are referring to the first factory-fresh aircraft in the new group livery, as opposed to first UK or first existing aircraft.

G-TCDB is already in the old livery. It'll be G-TCDC that is delivered in the new livery.

215 seats on a 321 is not high for a single class aircraft. First Choice used to operate them at 218.....

TCX current A321 are 220 seats. Have they finally realised the legroom is terrible? Will the new aircraft have slimline seats?
