TCX are only operating the DLM and AYT

PMI, IBZ & REU are flying on a BD Charter for Thomas Cook Tour Operations, The REU flight is not new either as this route has been on sale for about 7 months on BD.

Looking at the Evening Express link, interesting to see that they needed two reporters for a fairly brief report....

You're asking us to trust them? Without public scrutiny of the resasons for a full blown terminal evacuation, I have little confidence. My first impression is someone seems to have been asleep on the job or initilal procedueres were inadequate, leading to a major escalation later.
It's either a real secret, therefore counterterrorism so I am now concerned, or it's some secret squirrel nonsense. Was anyone detained or arrested?

Why was a full terminal evacuation required at a major UK airport please? I don't want secret procedures made public, just an informed top level view please. We're not quite in a Police state just yet. How arrogant just to say "Trust us"! Dear me.

Wonder when the upturn will come?

Ryanair have found their way onto the local paper again, basically calling for a better deal at the airport, & - again - hinting at european destinations IF a suitable deal is struck & that runway ever gets extended.

Given that the business community hardly uses the services they are given now, I wish any airline looking at ABZ the best of luck!

Or maybe the "regional" pilots were away getting some hypnotherapy..... "heathrow flights you are midland, other flights you are kittiwake, heathrow flights you are midland......", Are there not enough Kittiwake's around ABZ already, not to mention the Kittihawks!!!

Hear, Hear!

If they need to use a different callsign why not go back to their roots with 'Granite'....

It's the numbers that need sorting not the callsign imho - getting thoroughly fed-up with the wrong aircraft responding to an instruction because 'they' were those numbers yesterday.
