Have Astreus been denied permisssion to operate 757s for Ariana Afghan, and why?

There is an article on ATI this morning to the same effect, but quoting some source which says a deal will be done separately with one of the Flyme shareholders. It didn't say who but it was made to sound as though the Flyme deal wasn't happening because another deal was being done in its place. Odd goings on.

In other words we don't want to buy 51% of your company but we will rent a couple of 737-300 off you without crew.
