Used until very recently by ECAir (Equatorial Congo Airlines), although they ceased operations last month.

PPJN has been updated and states the D328's are going to be replaced with more SAAB's, just wondering if anyone can shed some light onto this.

Jethro's Fleet has them Dorniers are up for sale. They are planning more flights this summer, but not sure if that's due to better scheduling of aircraft, or if any new airframes are on there way. Also with the BE franchise ending in August, Im sure more changes will be on their way.

Interesting, so the Do328 are definitely going soon-ish then!

I guess getting more 340's/2000's makes sense to harmonize the fleet, the 340 can act as a direct replacement for the Do328 with the similar seating configuration but I suppose it depends how much they think they can push the routes. A full 2000 in 50Y is probably a better money spinner? Although decent SAAB's must be difficult to come by nowadays.

The booking engine is coming online in March apparently.

LOG is the ICAO code which they have continued to use, along with the "Logan" callsign for the duration of the FlyBe franchise.

LM is the IATA code.

According to the Jethro's fleet listing site: Loganair have acquired another Saab 340 (G-LGNZ) which is planned to arrive prior to S17. They will also op a ATR42 for evaluation purposes from early Feb.

In the next few months Braathens Regional in Sweden will be replacing all of their Saab 2000s with ATR 72-600s, I think they have 8 or 9 of them. No idea where those Saabs will be going and if Braathens own them or lease them.

The Saab 2000 is an expensive machine to operate and not as reliable as the ATR 72.

But in a strong crosswind...

I think that Saab stop supporting the 2000's from 2020.

If true, what a shame. It p'sses all over every other turboprop.
