Question Dutchbird / Denim Air / Air Exel

Anyone out there heard anything about Dutchbird being close to going belly-up?

Also something about Denim Airways acquiring Air Exel?

Apologies for the vagueness but someone told me this today and I haven't heard or seen anything anywhere else.

What I heard:

Dutchbird stopped flying today. No official bankruptcy yet, but it doesn't look good.

Air Exel owes Denim some cash, and they seem to be unable to pay. So Denim filed for Exel's bankruptcy.

This from CH-aviation

Dutchbird (5D/Amsterdam) has suspended operations this morning. The charter carrier had operated A320-200s and B757-200s. As a result of the failed take-over by Exel Aviation Group Dutchbird was forced to cease flight operations
