IS having a crush on yr FO a CRM fail?

I have recently been flying with an FO in my company and i have a HUGE crush towards him!
I am also in the simulator with him next month and i'm so nervous to fly with him,as when I fly with him on line I give him all the sectors and my crew food,I also stare at him lustfully when he retracts the landing gear handle?

See how he positions the harness. If he sets it to make himself look huge, he wants you. If he sets it to retract every thing, he's not interested. See how you go

"I also stare at him lustfully when he retracts the landing gear handle?"

I am making a HUGE effort here not to mention noting how he handles the flap lever.......

OOps.

You sound like a pro.

Do you ever look back outside, eventually, to find the cows are all upside down and the houses getting bigger???

Anyway don't try anything on as you don't know that he leans the same way you do. He might be into chicks..... strange as that sounds.

Nice wind-up, though, legsapartLucy you got a few nibbles out of it.

Well instead of being subtel like you have been uptill now by giving him you food and the flights and staring at him lustfully, why don't you just buy him a pint and tell him? Face the facts, if you consider it realistic that he's interested and that it'll work, go for it. If it's just a day dream, keep it to youself. Might be big trouble up ahead if your advances fail.

Forget him - get a helicopter pilot.
  • trained specifically to get in and out of tight spots with a large chopper
  • sensitive hands - used to making small movements on extremely responsive controls
  • can go up and down all day long, energy permitting

Having the crush would certainly not be a failure.
Not doing something about the airborne problem would, perhaps, consitute a CRM failure.
Not distributing the educative information gained from action taken under such circumstances, through these pages, would definitely constitute a CRM failure.

Best thing to do is start talking about the mile high club when you're next working with him.... Ask him if he's joined it.... And if he'd like to!

Worked for me!!

LuL: I know exactly who you're talking about. He's gay and still in the closet. Tough break, kid!

I fear, dear LegsUpLucy that if this is the case you have surely failed CRM.
I had the same sort of problem once with a Lesbian.
But be not too discouraged. Experiences of a sexual nature between heterosexuals and homosexuals are still quite possible.

Lucy have you mentioned your genital warts yet??? This may become an issue later on in your relationship with this guy.

It might be best to bring these things out in the open right away.

On the other hand, he might turn out to also be a sufferer, in which case it could be true love......
