How many total hours flying time are required? Is this for 200 hour CPL pilots?

RAM is not pay to fly anymore. I don't think pay to fly exists anymore in Africa.

People with the capital for pay to fly have gone to Europe. Africa is largely stuck on the long road to the airline.

If you're willing to take the plunge, Azman in Nigeria offer a 500hr line training package for the 'midget' sum of 20,000 USD. Don't know if its open to foreign nationals though.
