Are there any willing sponsors anywhere in the world who are willing to sponsor PPL or CPL students ?

Cadet schemes are your best bet. Doubt there are any in SA with the economy in the hands of the current clown show.

Cathay or Emirates, although Emirates tend to favour their own nationals.
