Work in Africa
Hi everyone!!
I'm student pilot in Barcelona and I'm finishing my ATPL course on October. I would love going to Africa to work. I've been looking for some airlines in Guinea, Kenya, Tanzania...and I can find some information about many airlines but I need some advices from pilots who have been working there. So, I would like to know if someone worked there: how is the life in these countries?, how are the salaries?, how was the experience of working and living in Africa? and if it's a positive job to include in the CV for looking for a job later in Europe. I would apreciate so so much your comments and advices, THANKS!!! Anna |
Forget about it. You need at least 800 hours, or 500 hours if you are a flight instructor if I remember correctly. I previous looked into that. Maybe I'll try again in future, when I'll have some hours as instructor.

Do you think it's the same for all airlines in Africa, even for those smaller with only cessnas or pilatus in their fleets?
