AAL-SA Where Ethics impact safety.

Since the AAL-Group decided to pack up and withdraw from their subsidiary company AAL-SA. The company has experienced a shortage of funds as the international group striped the company of all assets and left the country.

Current management is trying to finance a buy out using moneys that should have been paid as salaries.
Staff members have not been paid salaries for months, they have been forced to take up to 50% pay decreases or leave with nothing. Pilots have been told the company does not have money to pay them and if they want to get legal they will ot get anything as the company is bankrupt.
The company is effectively trading illegally, as they are incurring credit when it is clear that they have no assets to cover the liabilities.

They are currently trying to partner with Denel aviation.

I am here to ask for comment as to
1) What impact the industry believes this has on safety ?
2) How the licensing should react to these abuses.
3) Should this behaviour not be dealt with on a regulatory level?
4) should Denel align themselves with such behaviour?

Plus any comments by affected persons would also bee appreciated.
