Any Ethiopian airline pilots willing to help?

Good afternoon all,

I am looking for any ethiopian airline pilot who is willing to help , my new airline is asking me a document to begin to fly.
I have contact Sirgut, Johannes and Yoshep but no answer
I was flying for ethiopian airlines in 2010 and 2011.
