Bloody foreigners!
 

Hello one and all.

I am a foreigner, but I travel to SA a lot for business and leisure. I would like to own an aircraft in SA to fly when I am there. I will have a SA licence soon, in addition to my UK and Australian licences.

I would like to know if there is anything preventing a foreigner registering an aircraft on SACAR?

If there is, does of anyone know of any ways around, over, under or through this?

You cannot register a SA plane under your name if you are a foreigner, only chance is to open a company and register it under the company name, been there done that!!!
