hi,I worked for them few years ago as FO.
It was my first pilot employment, I joined with 400 hours tt and a Let410 Type rating from CZ, JAR ATPL frozen, no time on type.
my salary was 2000 USD / month plus 50 USD overnight.
From it they deducted the money anticipated for DRC licence and working VISA.
1 month holiday with payed ticket (if you stay more than a year)
no house allowance and no transport.
With 2000usd in Kinshasa you really struggle to survive in a decent way.
I used to fly average 80-90 hours per month , mainly with Ukranian / Russian Cpts.
I did my hours and I left after a year for better conditions.

$2000/mo does not go very far in Kinshasa, very tough to live an 'expat lifestyle' with that
