Flight Dispatcher

Hi all,
I am currently looking in to joining an aviation school,most probably this year.
I wanted to ask your opinions on the flight dispatcher career. What schools are highly recommended and is it hard getting a job as a flight dispatcher as recent graduate, and which airlines can I apply to get a placement in.

Just need to know more about this field and get as much info on this.
