Any Canadian flight instructors in East Africa?

I am in Djibouti, but I a wondering if anybody knows any Transport Canada certificated flight instructors who can or will teach SEL in the East Africa area (maybe Kenya, maybe Ethiopia)?

I am looking to log some dual hours.
