Light plane down near Chirundu

There are reports of a light aircraft crashed near Chirundu, Zimbabwe/Zambia border. Possibly an Islander. Anyone with more info?

.. identified by the news source as "A two seater plane"...

Looks a mess. Left prop is feathered, cant see the other. Islanders usually fly well enough on one eegine.

Islanders usually fly well enough on one eegine.
At sea level. They were never designed for hot & high.

Don't want to rush to judgement, but probably fuel starvation. Saw the plane parked in Lanseria the day before the accident. It was from the Congo. We fly islanders in Zambia and I've have done a simulated engine failure when it's hot at 075 and it maintains just fine.
