EASA groundschool accepted by the KCCA for PPL training

I have passed 7 of the 9 ground school exams in the UK as part of my PPL training requirements. I am now being posted to Kenya where I would like to continue my PPL training. Would anyone know whether I have to redo the exams or would they be acccepted by the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority?

They only recognise licences issued by an ICAO CAA and sadly not exams. So yes, you will have to do the exams again :-(

Many thanks. I spoke to the flying schoool who indicated that KCCA might accept most exams except for a few such as air law and meterology which is tailored for the local context. I'll let you know how it pans out. It would be chore to resit all exams :(
